Last November my Husband and I decided we needed a getaway. We met Judi Kruzins at Networking Meetings where we learned about the company she works for Cruise Ship Centers. Here are some of my highlights from my fabulous cruise in December. For travelling by myself, the experience was spectacular. You did a great job with my itinerary, and I found it very simple to follow. Everything was laid out very nicely. I appreciated that greatly, because I'm not a well travelled person. The flight to Miami, and the stay in the Miami Wyndham were very enjoyable. It was nice to have an afternoon and evening at the hotel before the day of departure on the ship. And what a ship she is. Freedom of the Seas is the cream of the crop for ships. Of course, I have nothing to compare it to. My first cruise. I was very impressed with the ship itself, the layout, my stateroom, the food, the entertainment, the staff, everything was very high class and posh. It was impossible to get lost on the ship, with maps everywhere. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. I was travelling alone, but never felt alone. I had really wonderful tablemates every night in the diningroom. They were three couples from Ohio. They loved to hear my daily adventures. I enjoyed the entertainment every night in the theatre. It was very high quality performances. The ice show was something out of this world. I have never seen a better performed ice show. I enjoyed the excursions off the ship as well. We only had two, because of the tropical storm. We had to bypass Haiti and Grand Cayman. I climbed a 600 ft. waterfall in Jamaica, and explored the Tulum Ruins in Mexico. I enjoyed exploring the ship. Every morning and night, I went swimming in one of the three pools, and enjoyed one of the five hot tubs. It was quieter then. Not many people around. I felt safe on this ship. It was an experience that I will never forget. I thank you for making my dream come true. You did a super job of having everything organized for me. I would choose you again for any future cruises.

What a trip! FROM BEGINNING TO END. Sofitel Hotel is TRES beautiful. On the top floor(7th) there is a bar and you can see miles & miles of Rome.
Fascinating place, but the traffic is something else. I would not want to
have to drive there. The temperature was about 62 degrees in the evening, but by 11 o'clock it would be between 72 and 82 almost every day. We had about 30 minutes of rain one day and that was it.
The ship was beautifully appointed and was a good size to meet people. They had a staff of 400 from 49 different countries. All extremely helpful and courteous. They certainly have been well trained. That ship was being cleaned constantly. What can I say about the food except it was delicious and there was plenty of it. I went on three trips, Dubrovnik(Croatia)by boat, La Maddalena Island (Sardinia) by bus, and Venice, where we walked around then took a 2 hour boat ride through the outer islands. It was just beautiful. What a city. We sailed in about 7 a.m. and we all went up to the deck to watch. There was lots of goodies and juices provided. Also they played music that was related to the city. I met a lot of nice people, and when they realized I was on my own they would invite me to sit with them. It was a great trip and, I have a lot of great memories running around in my
mind, but now it is back to ground beef and my own cooking. Thank you for all the help you gave me and also for the going and coming cards you sent.
I almost forgot to tell you the Azamara reps, were always there when needed,also the wheelchairs. I would never have been able to do that amount of walking. It sure is a large airport. Regards...Marg.

Judi recently organised my vacation for an Alaskan cruise. She was very thorough with her bookings and made sure I had all the relevant details. My flight back from Vancouver had to be re-arranged due to rough seas and the late arrival of the ship in dock. Judi took care of all this, making my travel so much more enjoyable.

A special thank you for the lovely gifts you gave us during our wonderful Mediterranean Cruise. The gift certificate was greatly appreciated and we enjoyed the fruit plate over several days. We had hoped to get together with the others to share our Champagne but finally settled on sharing it with them at dinner one evening.
Thanks also for your capable guidance during the cruise. It was nice to know that we had some one in our corner for any concerns during the trip and often just bouncing worry's off of one of you two was sufficient to straighten things out in our minds.
We are busily unpacking and taking Vitamin C and Oil of Oregano to try and fend off possible illness after the flight home.

Just a quick note to let you know we are back, very tired but I must say we had a great time, the cruise and the stay in Paris was everything that we dreamed of. The ship was great, we were very fortunate our dinner party was fabulous, we will be keeping in touch with our new found friends. Judi, I think you have created cruising monsters, we definitely want to go back to Europe, and we want to explore the river cruise options. I am sure you will keep me posted.
talk to you, being away for 3 weeks has put me a bit behind, but it was worth it. Now I just need to continue working to save up for our next trip.

Thank you for calling last week. We enjoyed our cruise. I have checked and found that my credit card was holding a space for our excursions and they were added to the final bill.

We made a last minute decision this year to go to Costa Rica for a week. We weren't sure about the arrangements so approached Judi Kruzins to do this for us. Judi was great! I have booked two trips with Judi Kruzins. The first was only an airline ticket to Seoul, Korea - September 2009. I gave Judi several dates when I wanted to leave for Korea and when I wanted to return to Canada. Judi did all the leg work in finding a good direct flight and price. I was able to go to Seoul, Korea for as little as $960 return. She also came to my house and delivered the tickets personally. I do not live around the corner - I live a good 45 minutes to an hour one way from her. This past summer August 2010 - we went on a 10-day Baltic Cruise and once again Judi did all the arrangements for us. She found an inexpensive flight from Toronto to Copenhagen and back by flying Finnair and booked all our cruise arrangements too. We met up with another friend on the ship and she made sure that our dining arrangements met. Even after one books with Judi her service doesn't end there. She is always looking out for better deals or upgrades. By booking your vacation with Judi it takes away the stress. One has nothing to worry about but packing.

We have just returned from an amazing West Mediterranean cruise on the Queen Victoria that was planned for us by Judi. From the Hotel in Rome, to the transfer to the airport at the end of the cruise – everything was perfectly arranged. Judi brought the documents to our house, and spent over an hour showing us pictures of the places we were going to see, and preparing us so that we had no surprises. The added touch of flowers in our stateroom, courtesy of Judi, was the icing on the cake. If you plan to go on a cruise, you must ask Judi to arrange it for you!
